I only had a oil change done but the girl at the front desk was so sweet and friendly . The mechanics and another guy we're both very friendly and talkative . I didn't have any major work done on my car but if I ever need anything done in the future I will be going here for sure because of their great customer service and fast turn around time .
I'm a big advocate for supporting local, independent businesses and McCabe's certainly earned my respect. Not only were they able to get my vehicle in for a same-day appointment, but the technician also took the time to explain his work and discuss repairs I should plan for in the future. Now that's excellent service! Thanks for the 1st time customer discount, too!
I had both of my vehicles serviced at McCabe's in recent months and found that the customer service is impeccable. Rick and his team of professionals take the time to learn about the vehicle's history AND the owner/drivers of the vehicle in order to give the most accurate service recommendations that make the most sense. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and HONEST AUTO REPAIR ! I was seen immediately at 8 AM on a Monday morning with no appointment for emergency repairs. They accomplished numerous major repairs by 4 PM the same day. Unfortunately it is very hard to find HONEST auto repair these days especially if you are a woman. Auto repairs are not inexpensive and it is very comforting to be able to TOTALLY TRUST McCabe's work. THANK YOU !
