Our experience wasn't terrible until it got terrible. Dr McCabe instructed Denita to withhold dental records until a small balance was paid. I am so glad I didn't take that as what she said. Because come to find out it is absolutely illegal to withhold patient records. It's actually a HIPPA violation. I am curious as to how many people they had done this too. Great Staff and great environment and always feel welcome.
It started as a great experience. The end result not so much. $5000 later and 2 years of wearing braces my bite isn't right. I was told the dentist would need to file a tooth down and stress causing bite change. That was 2 weeks after receiving my retainers. I go for my scheduled cleaning a month and the dentist says my teeth are excellent but I should go see Frigo or an orthodontist of my choosing because my lower teeth are flared out.
