I have received treatment from various PT, chiropractors, etc. over the years and have never achieved the kind of expedited, sustainable recovery I did in working with Rich. His logical, mechanical thinking helped us determine which exercises/stretches were most effective in targeting the root cause of pain, so I could continue them at home. Through his approach, you’re empowered to be an active agent in your own healing. HIGHLY recommend if you’re dealing with physical pain and want to learn how to actively address it.
Rich was wonderful to work with. He constantly monitored my technique in doing the exercises. His feedback was very helpful. He gave me tips on how to relieve my muscle spasms that I now use all the time. I have more flexibility in my movements. Rich is professional and very knowledgeable and really wants you to improve. I hope I never see him again (lol) but if I need any further PT services, he will be the first I call.
