Very courteous and professional Staff!!!
Person who arranged transport was nasty and spiteful. Rearranged transport time several times with excuses like driver is out of town and has to do 911 calls first (ambulette is not 911 vehicle) and then told me I have one choice for pick up time, 3:30 or not at all. Staff needs to be educated in customer service and appropriate treatment. Manager is extremely nice and addressed my concerns immediately. Drivers were wonderful.
McCabes brought me home after surgery & they were GREAT, bumps were VERY MINIMAL & they just made my ride home GREAT
