Extremly unfriendly stuff, rude and not helpful at all. Cannot recommend to stay here. Rooms and toilets/showers are not that clean. Not too bad, but could definitely done better. If you are unlucky with your room, you have to walk through the whole floor to get to a restroom. Also the air conditioning ist not working properly. Public "lounge" is extremly small and has just a few chairs in it. No place to socialise.

The Wifi connection doesn't work. Only one elevator is running for over 500 rooms. I hope I don't ever need to stay here again. It's chaotic.
