RecommendedGreat location, walking distance to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central, and other iconic places. There's also a 24/7 CVS pharmacy on the same block. The room was tiny, but the price was fair and reasonable. As a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe here.
RecommendedLindsay is an incredible yoga instructor, warm and nurturing and never snippy or mean like some instructors can be. This gym is a great value if you're looking for classes and pools in addition to equipment. Otherwise kind of pricy. Towels, saunas, shower soap all included in the price. Sometimes the AC breaks down in the summertime which is a bummer. The customer service was often excellent, sometimes just competent, but that's a net plus to me. This location is convenient to the E and 7 trains.
Good equipment, but really rude staff manning the reception desk. Overall a bad experience.
