Awesome property management company! We moved into the area and wanted to rent month-to-month, and we were pleasantly surprised that all of McBride's properties are rented that way! Contract was very simple, and communication with Amanda was always top-notch. Maintenance issues were also addressed promptly. They appreciated us for taking good care of the property while we rented, and we appreciate them for making it all so easy and enjoyable.
We rented for two years and had a great experience. We had typical maintenance issues pop up and Amanda always replied quickly and got the situation resolved. Scott was very helpful and would come over as soon as he could as well. Place was clean upon move-in and pricing was fair. We had by far the best move-out experience of any rental company! Would rent from McBride again!
