I was told that the condo I was buying had new carpet (I have the realtor on video saying that), but it wasn't actually new. I'm attaching a picture of the carpet that I was told is new. It's two-and-a-half years later, and I'm still dealing with this smelly, old carpet. I was told that everything would be new. Words matter. Replacing it will be $2,600. If you want a company that you can trust their word, I would look elsewhere. Edit: I finally got it replaced almost 3 years later and it was 3000 dollars.

Just ask for Margaret Croke by name! I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Margaret for over a year and she was absolutely flawless as a property manager. I even extended her a job offer myself as any organization is lucky to have her but I couldn't get her away from real estate unfortunately. Lord knows it's a real swamp down here in Florida and I've had more than my fair share of abysmal experiences dealing with the worst there was to offer. That was until Margaret changed all that. BEWARE McBride, Kelly and associates have filed a commission lien on a property their agent Melissa Annete Andrade listed in 2023. She never sold the property and therefore there should be no commission. Dealing with a Real Estate Agency that files a commission lien on your property even though they don't sell it is unethical, unfair and unjust. Their attorney has been contacted multiple times and will not respond. This is not how good business is transacted. Sellers beware.
