Michael has been so helpful for me on all fronts of life that I have brought to him. I started visiting when I became pregnant. Life changed for me. He helped me with everything from pregnancy limitations to breathing and stretching techniques. He also helpd me a lot post-partum. Ive been in therapy for over a year and after seeing him just a couple of times, I received so much direction and clearness in my path. Coaching is very different from therapy. When life gave me options, I was prepared to make better choices.
Michael made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. He explained everything he was doing, asked how the stretches were feeling, and adjusted the pressure as needed. I will definitely be back.
I just happened to find Michael when I went to Core Progression gym. I have had a couple of sessions now and he is very knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. I really like having the stretching after my workout with the trainer. I’ve never experienced stretching like this, it really makes my body feel good. I think it’s helping me to have a better recovery after the workout. I will definitely keep going and highly recommend Michael.
I've been seeing Michael for a few weeks for assisted stretching. His skill and care during these sessions have made this a healing experience for me. He's an attentive listener, provides helpful feedback, and is truly invested in his clients' wellness. I highly recommend his practice!
