I've been a resident out here since 2012. Since Ms. Cassandra has been managing this property it hasn't lost its luster and value. Ms. Cassandra is the most professional, caring, attentive and responsive Property Manager that I have dealt with in a long time. She is firm but fair about her Property and tenants. Truly an apartment that feels like a home. The welcoming environment felt from the application process is always present whenever you visit the front office and the maintenance crew is top notch in quickly getting work orders completed. With the location of the complex being so close to a park, rec center and the business end of Ramsey st. I believe makes this one the best apartment homes in Fayetteville.
My husband and I have lived here for a little over two years. No complaints! The maintenance team are quick and friendly. The lease renewal process is also quick and easy. Rent is never raised by much at all and communication is easily established with the leasing office and maintenance through the resident portal. Highly recommend!
