Overall Cassandra and Karen are great they do well at handling any problems we may have. I will say though if you’re looking to move over here cause of the gate. The gate is hardly ever working. It’s always broken , something with the weather. I was fine with the pricing of my apartment due to having a gated community but the whole year and some change I’ve been staying here I would say the gate has NEVER been working for a full month.
I was a resident here for 2 years for medical residency and this was the best looking apartment community in the north Fayetteville area! Cassandra and Karen were very helpful and were able to address all of my questions if they ever came up. The community is also across the street from the library! 10/10 would live here again!
Worst apartments i done stayed in. I stayed in them before years ago and it was different. SO I thought it would be ok to live in until our house was finished being built Gates have not been closed since I moved in July. It is now February smh. Crazy rent prices for it to not be gated, trash every where, and they never dump the dog poop trash can out.
Office never follows through. We had a walkthrough scheduled today at 2 and there’s a sign on the door to come back at 3 and nobody ever answers the phone. We live an hour away so this is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
Hell no. Absolutely hell no. We were here temporarily (6mo) while my house got renovated, and it’s terrible. No parking, neighbors are constantly loud, constantly. Noise complaints do absolutely nothing. People don’t pick up after their dogs. Trash literally everywhere, I recall someone dumping an entire plate of spaghetti on the sidewalk and leaving it???? When I moved in, one of the rails that hold the towels in the bathroom fell off the wall, and upon inspection, it was just placed on a piece of painted over metal??? Carp... read more
