I brought my family member here for an appt and the staff here were entirely rude. I overheard a staff member talking abt patients in the office area. How unprofessional. They should be ashamed!!! I even heard they were closing down soon. My family member has not been told this information yet……..I work in the healthcare field and that would be patient abandonment. I have to select a star to leave a review. Extremely descietful. For months, they were telling the doctor's nurse I never called and they tried repeatedly to contact me. I called repeatedly and was told they received a referral but had to be put on a waiting list. I STARTED TALKING To THEM ON SPEAKER in front of the doctor. Confirming placement on a waiting list, three contact numbers and an email address. I just got a call from the doctors nurse. Every time you makr an appointment you have to wait at least a month. Mental illness and issues do not wait that long. Very discouraging to someone who is struggling!!!!
