Tyler has been completely unresponsive to emails, calls, and any other form of communication about my return that I’ve been waiting on for over half a year because they screwed it up. The only way I got any traction was with the sweet lady at the front desk and then I still haven’t heard back from him since talking to her. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
Great experience for many years!
Met with Tyler. Suppled everything needed to complete the tax paperwork. After that I could not get a response that the file was complete. After two weeks had to go to the office. It was sitting at the front and had been ready for two weeks. Tyler never responded to a single email or call I made to the office. The front desk kept telling me to wait to hear back from Tyler.
Very professional and personable. Everyone I have ever had an interaction with has been extremely kind . The sweet ladies that work up front are always polite and courteous even if they are on a phone call. I highly recommend them !
I've been using McAnnally tax 10 plus years. They do excellent work. Kevin and Sue are very personable. However, their price goes up every year. I hand over a paper with total figures and they just key them in. This year's $170 was my last time. Being a widow and retired, I can no longer afford them.
