Idk why everyone is against Tyler. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and I think he’s great. At some point I needed a copy of my old W-2s, and I emailed the company, and Tyler. He responded the next day, where it took the company email a week.
Tyler has been completely unresponsive to emails, calls, and any other form of communication about my return which is held up because this firm INCORRECTLY FILED my EMPLOYER’s return. My EMPLOYER will not discuss the situation with me - says he has signed over power of attorney to Tyler. Coincidentally, Tyler says he cannot discuss the situation with me either and that I need to talk to my employer (as you can see below). The result? Tyler has been completely unresponsive to emails, calls, and any other form of communication about my return that I’ve been waiting on for over half a year because they screwed it up. The only way I got any traction was with the sweet lady at the front desk and then I still haven’t heard back from him since talking to her. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Met with Tyler. Suppled everything needed to complete the tax paperwork. After that I could not get a response that the file was complete. After two weeks had to go to the office. It was sitting at the front and had been ready for two weeks. Tyler never responded to a single email or call I made to the office. The front desk kept telling me to wait to hear back from Tyler.
