I had my taxes done in March, well before they were due. I told the accountant to take any owed taxes directly from my bank account and thought I was set. After about a month of not seeing my taxes get paid directly from my bank account, I called and asked for clarification and for a potential date at which my taxes due would be withdrawn. Definitely do not use Abby. She was extremely condescending and unnecessarily rude. She Refused to answer emails and calls,causing me to have to make an appointment to go all the way down to her office for her to tell me that she doesn't do what I needed her to do. When I apologized for taking up her time and asked her to point me in the right direction she simply told me to Google my answer. The ladies up front are top notch. Extremly kind and helpful. Got an appointment with Abby and found a true professional. 2 returns filed and 1 of those was a nightmare but not for Abby. The ladies at the front desk are just as efficient and friendly as well. THIS is THE place to file your return without any hand wringing.

Idk why everyone is against Tyler. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and I think he’s great. At some point I needed a copy of my old W-2s, and I emailed the company, and Tyler. He responded the next day, where it took the company email a week.
