Please read my review before moving here, SAVE YOURSELF A BAD LIVING PLEASE. The apt I received unit 1314 for a 14 month leasing was full of mold and falling apart and that was a “renovated rate apartment” also when renewal came the rent was being increased more than 25%. I've been living here for two weeks now and it has been really pleasant. My neighbors are quiet, I love that they have a park in the complex for kids my daughter loves it. I love that we have a path that leads to the mcalpine park. All and all im glad that we're here and im enjoying living here.
They never answer the phone and the hours their suppose to be open their never open. The floor-plans and prices on line is totally different than what you get in person there is no fire place ,it’s not a gated community because the gates don’t work and the breeze ways and stairs need to be pressure washed on the regular they are disgusting and the apartments are not cheap for these things not to be done and for the inside to updated with better appliances and light fixtures as well.
