I was more happy the day I moved out that the day I moved in. The apt I received for a 14 month leasing was full of mold and falling apart and that was a “renovated rate apartment” also when renewal came the rent was being increased more than 25%. It’s been a month since I moved out and haven’t received my deposit back.

I scheduled a tour a whole month in advance and the day of the tour, it rained that morning. I received a voicema that the tour was canceled due to the rain. I called to ask why exactly and whoever i was speaking to was extremely blunt and unapologetic. All they said was "we dont want to ruin the carpet", not "we apologize for the inconvenience" or "could we possible reschedule". No interest in trying to obtain a new client.

Know this is a late review. I lived here from August 2022-October 2023. Little did I realize until later on this was a really bad apartment complex. If you are big on natural light/views, forget it. Depending on which apartment you get you can be forced into a view of just trees. My door would lock but you could still see through it. Had packages stolen. Noisy at night time too. It’s also interesting to see that the rent prices have dropped nearly 200 dollars since I lived there. That should tell all you need to know
