It’s been since April 5th when I moved out and they still refuse to give me my security deposit. I’ve reached out several times and they keep making excuses about there system is changing and now it was sent in the mail weeks ago. Now they say it must have been lost in the mail. Corporate doesn’t ever answer their phones so please don’t stay with this company. I will gladly change my review if this gets resolved but it’s going to be going on 4 months with no end in sight.
As a resident, it becomes exhausting to constantly voice concerns about the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. Equally frustrating is the lack of a warm welcome when entering the leasing office. I received a “renovated rated” apartment in poorly conditions, kitchen drawers falling down and dirty woods, please see pictures. This is where I have to live for the next 13 month, be aware of checking the unit you will be moving in prior to signing the leasing and don’t let them assign an unit without checking THAT specific unit prior to moving. This apartment was interesting to say the least. I lived at this apartment for 1 year, but signed a 14 month lease. I moved out two months early due to a job opportunity in another state, but I paid the two months rent so that I can get my security deposit back under the direction of a leasing agent.
