Worse place to rent an apartment from.. if you get a parking lot, they don’t even keep records of who lives there or who owns the slots.. they always try to overprice rent after your contract is ended.. their whole compound is not maintained.. office ours are shit and the management is not there to help you at all..
Yesterday made 4 years since I have been living here and the ONLY great thing about living in this apartment is the maintenance crew. If I can take them with me when I move out I would. The apartments are an eye sore, everything is outdated, there are mold problems, and have always been a roach issue (palmettos), however recently I have noticed German cock roaches in my very clean apartment. It’s been since April 5th when I moved out and they still refuse to give me my security deposit. I’ve reached out several times and they keep making excuses about there system is changing and now it was sent in the mail weeks ago. Now they say it must have been lost in the mail. Corporate doesn’t ever answer their phones so please don’t stay with this company. I will gladly change my review if this gets resolved but it’s going to be going on 4 months with no end in sight.
As a resident, it becomes exhausting to constantly voice concerns about the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. I received a “renovated rated” apartment in poorly conditions, kitchen drawers falling down and dirty woods, please see pictures. This is where I have to live for the next 13 month, be aware of checking the unit you will be moving in prior to signing the leasing and don’t let them assign an unit without checking THAT specific unit prior to moving. Update July 2025: my a/c doesn’t cool properly and they don’t replace, just keep saying that it’s ok but it’s not
