An absolute pleasure to work with while looking for a rental house. Very kind and quick to respond to messages. While I ended up not renting from them, they were the best people I've ever dealt with while house hunting
Mr. Kevin & Mrs. Julie are such amazing people. Before we got stationed in WA we prayed for good landlords. Not only did our prayers get answered but they always made sure my family & I were ok & that everything in the home was up to par. They are very professional & compassionate people. We rented from them for 3 1/2 years. If we ever get stationed in WA again we will definitely rent or purchase a home from them. If you dont use them, you are definitely missing out on an amazing experience with amazing people!!!!!
