Katie McAllister reached out to me by letter, about a property on a small pond in Litchfield Maine, that had been listed with another realtor for some time. In my phone conversation with Katie (I now live in the Southeast US), we agreed on the features of the lot, how it would be listed, including drone pictures, and an asking price. Katie enthusiastically did research, reviewed lot surveys, found a buyer, negotiated the price, and arranged for legal assistance and a remote closing....expertly....thus my recommendation.
Very disappointed in Kim. We did not feel like she was motivated to sell our property. After every showing we had to call her for feedback. She never reached out to us. When the contracted ended after six months, we never got a call from her. We had to ask her to take the sign down.
Mark was amazing to work with. He is a true professional who exceeded all of our expectations. We had a pretty unusual set of circumstances and he just rolled with them and made it all happen for us. We had a great experience and would highly recommend him and the McCallister Team and we will use them again if the need should arise.
