The moment I walked in to the office I was greeted by a friendly smile by Carol! The office is very aesthetic and clean. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth , Megan, was beyond excellent! She took care in checking my gum tissue for health and she was very gentle. Dr. Robbie was friendly and easy to talk to. He filled a tooth for me and I never felt a thing! I am so happy to make Lake Hickory Dental my new dental office. I would recommend it to everyone!
just now NEW I went in to have a chipped tooth repaired. The dental assistant was really rude and short with me because I struggled to keep my mouth open. After I arrived home and the numbing medicine wore off I noticed a burn above my lip and under my nose directly where she had used the curing light. It turned into a liquid filled burn blister the exact size and shape of the curing light, and has left a scar on my face. I called 3 times but they would never return my call.
