Great crew at Mcallen Roofing. They got the job started and finished right on time, and left no mess behind. Ashley in the office deserves a shoutout as well!
Worst company ever. 3 leaks after they fixed my roof, not even 2 years later. Messaged with an owner who tried blaming it on the builders ?!?! Said we'd have to pay to have it fixed. So far, they only came for one leak, which messed up my sheetrock and paint in the living room ceiling. They are the worst so called roofers ever.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company is absolutely horrible. They have blown us off for over 6 months and still haven't received our skylights. Never returns our calls and never says what they are going to do.
Everything done was beyond my expectations. There was rain in the forecast for the day of my install and my project manager offered to start earlier in the week to avoid potential weather delays. The attention to detail by their office and crew was exceptional.
The entire team was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this roofer to anyone in need of a roof installation or roof repairs.
