Miss Laura y su equipo en las oficinas de St. Gianna Pregnancy center muy amables, muy dispuestas a apoyar y a hacer saber los recursos h apoyos para mamás y futuras mamás. El lugar súper limpio, huele muy rico, muy reconfortante. Me voy con una sonrisa muy contenta por el recibimiento y los recursos. Gracias!
The receptionist refused to help me. Her and the nurse were disgustingly rude and refused to hear me out and provide any assistance at all. It was a discouraging call that they pointed out was recorded and said they would never help me. I've never felt so alone. They are supposed to help us. A young single woman with an unplanned pregnancy seeking help and guidance. They made me feel so alone and defeated. I was absorption turned away.
Disgusting workplace I tried making an appointment for tomorrow to test for pregnancy and possible ultrasound hence I KNOW WHAT IM EXPERINCING IN MY OWN BODY ! And this dumb receptionist Dianey Cavazos tells me over the phone that their pregnancy tests will come out negative just cause the ones I took at home came out negative so therefore she won’t take my appointment! Is she dumb ? This little girl needs better communication skills and better customer service skills I am definitely calling corporate in this dumb place
DO NOT GO HERE WEIRDOS. Went in to get a free ultrasound to see my baby after seeing good reviews. They set up an appointment made me and my baby’s dad go through this whole process of giving our ids, taking pictures ,filling out paperwork just for three ladies to take me to a room just to say they cannot give me a ultrasound and can’t confirm the pregnancy to just go to the hospital which I had already done and the hospital didn’t acknowledge my pregnancy.
