Went in this morning looking for a particular set of bolts, bearings, etc. I asked the young man if I could show him how it's applied and maybe offer some suggestions as this was all new to me, he said they never go outside to look,ok,thought it was kind of odd being that type of business, seemed really bothered and annoyed he had to be at work,didn't offer any type of help other then ring us up. The guys here at McAllen Bolt and Screw were beyond helpful and more than knowledgeable in helping me replace a bolt that had been missing for my skid plate under my Jeep. It was an odd request and the guys were patient and understanding of my concerns for driving with a partially assembled skid plate. Their efforts and kindness don’t go unnoticed , they’re the same people working there that I saw when I was 5 years old back in 96. They helped me right to closing time and I’m thankful for their efforts .
