i been calling since yesterday to make an appointment i was diagnosed with depression and i need to get prescribed medication..im tired and this ppl can just answer the damn phone
My family and I did not receive the care we deserved. The front desk staff lacks courtesy and customer service, the assistant to the physician scheduled appointments for us without our knowledge, we were notified by other agencies that we had missed appointments that we were scheduled for to which we had no knowledge of. Once we were seen, refill requests were a nightmare. I do not recommend this office.
