Dont be fooled by the quaint setting in Baxter. This is the worst McAlister visit I've had. I know it was hot out but it was so dang cold inside you could hang meat in there. Place was overly grungy warehousey looking, tables all wobbled. Very very uncomfortable experience. Had sub style sandwiches for first time and they were so floppy they were almost impossible to hold without falling apart. Maybe would have helped if they were cut in half. Whoever the old lady was working at around 11:00 am on 5/4/2026 needs an attitude check. Maybe she doesn’t know anything about customer service so you might wanna retrain her on that. So hateful.
