This is the SLOWEST and worst managed McAlister’s we’ve ever been to. If you think service improved since they moved to a brand new build, you are sorely mistaken. It routinely takes 25 ‘minutes to receive your food after placing an order - that does not include any time waiting in line BEFORE placing your order. It’s inexcusable. Michelle seemed to be running the restaurant! She was so busy and she was also friendly in all of our interactions. Delicious food too. We never get tired of it.
Favorite place to go! Nice atmosphere, clean, great staff. Food is always good and enjoyable.
I dint think I would eat here again. The food was really low budget for me. The was fresh but the deli was low budget. The soups and chili taste like salt or water. The Mac cheese was ok. The lemonade was the best thing. Customer was great. The place was empty.
