Today I ordered the giant spud max, and it was pretty much only the potato that I ate. It barely had any toppings on it. The cook must have been in a bad mood =(
The cashiers were phenomenal. The manager NEEDS to treat the employees beneath her with human decency when in front of customers. Mistakes are made, NO NEED TO POINT her finger in the employees face. I'd make mistakes too if I she were my manager. Language barrier is NO excuse to talk down to employees in a shaming way. Poor girl.
Both the managers need to go the bald head black lady and the other black manager. Those two women are no good !! I come to this restaurant everyday no way should either one of them act or be incompetent when I walk in there. That’s a damn shame I come in there so much she shouldn’t even be asking me order she should know it.
I ate here for the first time today, and the staff was so pleasant. They went above and beyond. I think the Merrillville location takes the extra time to make sure everyone is well taken care of and happy. The management here is top notch. This is my new favorite location.
