Great food, real meat, excellent service
Super friendly staff at this location.
I’m not one to quickly leave a bad review. But our experience at this location was rough. Seats were busted, tables were peeling. We spent wayyyy more money than our food was worth. We received 2 uncrustables for our kids that were smashed and clearly old/not stored properly. Asked for new ones and they came back just the same. The BLT is not worth a premium label. Don’t order it. Normally we love McAlister’s but this latest experience has us second guessing.
If this ain’t the cleanest presentation of a King Club I’ve ever gotten from McAlister’s. Shout out to Store Manager Q - she needs a raise!!! Amazing customer service.
I am a loyal McAlister’s fan. This is my main McAlister’s and I am never disappointed . Not only is my order always correct but it’s always the same . I hate when I order stuff and it’s always different . McAlister’s in Merrillville Indiana is always consistently good . The team is always friendly . All McAlister’s are good but Merrillville Indiana is the best
