The cashier had an attitude and was very rude. We had the grand kids with us and she rushed them to order and did not ask if they wanted a drink, then there was a discussion with her about drinks, she got 2 out of 4 wrong. I asked for no almonds in my salad, but there were almonds. I didn't want to deal with her again so I just picked them out. Not good. I was so disappointed- Ordered the pecan chicken salad. I got greens galore but not a single pecan in the salad, and 2 blueberries and chicken at the BOTTOM of the bowl. Who does that? It was literally greens and dressing. The club had no flavor. I feel like franchise restaurants are going down hill, I was just disappointed. Won’t be coming back- HOWEVER, employees were very nice. No problem there. Just the food.
Menu choices very different from what I'm use to, but overall good and price not too bad
My online order was ready at the estimated time, but that's the only positive in this review. For my club sandwich, 2 small tomato slices and 1 1/3 bacon slices were served on the side for no apparent reason. On the sandwich itself, both sauces were on the same slice of bread instead of distributed between the 4 available surface areas. My togo order was served with no napkins, so I had to go back inside & get some myself. They also neglected to include the free pickle that was supposed to come with it.
Their Tea Pass is amazing, for 8 dollars you get one tea daily for 30 days!! My favorite is their sweet tea with easy ice, super refreshing! Food was amazing and staff were kind and efficient. My favorite staff member is Shelby because she is always kind and makes sure your order is perfect. I highly recommend this McAlister!!
