This review is specifically for Jacob, the shift manager. Even though the store was clearly understaffed on a busy Saturday, he maintained a positive attitude, a welcoming demeanor, and a constant smile throughout our time here. His professionalism and ability to stay upbeat under pressure made a noticeable difference in the overall atmosphere of the store. Got a sandwich and soup, was my first time trying this place and was not disappointed. Fresh food, Great service, didn't wait long. Its definitely worth trying again. Will be going back.
I had the veggie wrap which couldn't have been fuller of veggies. Delicious. My brother had the veggie spud which was mostly full of what looked like processed cheese product though he seemed to enjoy it. Of course, the sweet tea is amazing. My only criticism is that it is freezing cold in there! We were both shaking after 30 minutes and noticed all the lady customers had on sweaters. Save your dollars, McAlister's, and warm it up a bit. Called in soup order was pleasant phn exchange. Restaurant was not busy one table 4 patrons another table 2 patrons. Young girl came from the back to ask me if I wanted to order. She brought my food and I asked for a receipt she said it attached to the bag. I started to say what I wanted and she says oh yeah yea yea. Disrespectful language because its dismissive. For some reason she was in a hurry to get back to the back of Restaurant. Guess the short staffed.
