They charged me 3 times for the same meal and refused to correct their error. They tried to say that 2 were pending charges and yet they were permanently taken from my account. They bank says the merchant owes me my money back. The bank would have to label 2 of them fraud and replace my card in order to get my money back. Don't do business with them. They will cheat you.
My family and I have been coming to the Moore Oklahoma location for years. Every Sunday we spend upwards to a $100 or more, not really the point. Today I ordered the same thing that I have for 4 plus years. I have had to ask for more chilie/cheese because the portion was poor. Today I asked for some extra to apply to my nachos and was informed that I must pay, never had in the past, I showed the general manager and asked why.
