I am very disappointed with my recent experience at McAlister's Deli. On Friday afternoon, I ordered a Cuban sandwich and two children's meals for takeout. When I arrived home, I discovered that instead of the Cuban sandwich I paid for, I was given someone else's Chicken Bacon Ranch Spud. I immediately called the store to request a refund. I was told that only the general manager could process refunds and that I would need to call back Saturday morning.
