We both ordered the McAlister’s Club with a side of country potato soup and a half spud. The food was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor—super filling, too! We’ll definitely be back to try some of the other sandwiches.
It took 45 minutes to receive a French dip and a Cuban sandwich! The walk-in customers were hungry, angry, and waiting forever for their orders. They were processing online orders first, even though you ordered before them! Why not serve your walk-in people who are stopping on a lunch break, or people who are visiting the Mayo Clinic, who are RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! We have schedules to meet! Great sandwiches and iced tea!
Had the most ridiculous experience visiting for the second time today. Placed an order to be picked up at 6pm and did not walk out until 7:15pm. Confronted workers twice and was told “It’ll be ready in 15-20 minutes”. Clearly that never happened. Finally approached them again at 7:10 and questioned what was going on to which they said there was a wait on the broccoli cheddar soup on my order, and then they redirected it to US and said “All the food is ready we’re just waiting to see what soup you wanted.” Hello????
