Terrible experience do not go!!! This has got to be the worst restaurant in the university and the worst McAlister’s location i’ve been to. The service is terrible with people on their phones all of the time. My order took forever to come out and the sandwich wasn’t even warm so the bread was soggy. Oh and the mac and cheese was super dry like it had been sitting there for three days. All the employees need to find another job . They look and act miserable. Make mistakes , don't take accountability, horrible

I ordered a Jalapeño Turkey Crunch and a half sweet/half unsweet tea a few days ago. The tea tasted odd - like rotted old fruit/fermented. I stopped drinking after a few sips. The drink sat in my car a few days, kept forgetting to grab it. I have never had anything grow in the drinks left in a car but this tea has something disgusting growing in it - looks like a goopy mass. This is just a warning they probably haven’t cleaned their drink machines well or at all. See attached photos.
