Grateful Ms. Crystal was able to help over the phone with an order I placed online. She was not only professional, but she was polite and happy to help!
The wait time and level of professionalism at this location were very disappointing. I ordered lunch and dined inside, and I informed the employee that I had a rewards account, providing my phone number at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, my rewards were never added. I was later told that since I no longer have the receipt, the rewards cannot be applied—despite the issue being due to the employee not processing them correctly.
This location is dirty. The manager Christie Shaws attitude sucks. We were missing a meal we ordered and she thought it was okay to argue with the other employees that she made the food & asking where did it go instead of helping a paying customer who haven’t received their food! Everyone else was helpful and apologetic, but the manager customer service skills are horrible.
I’m interested in Shequita’s financial analysis regarding inflation hitting McAlisters. I doubt it makes much sense, as her review didn’t. Anyway, this place has horrible customer service. The workers don’t care and will use their phones and talk amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Once I arrived 10-15 minutes after placing a pick up order only to be told it wasn’t ready.
