It was ok. Got my Cuban sandwich to go. It was cold by the time I reached the parking lot.
Sorry gotta give it a one star simply because it took over 5 mins to make one club sandwich and drink
Drive through service was great, until we brought our order home…. Why would you put hot food with cold food in the same bag for takeout?!? Please consider this!
If I could give Jessika ten stars, I would! She took care of me during lunch today and absolutely crushed it. Her energy and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience great. Dealing with someone that professional and welcoming means this McAlister's is officially my go-to spot. I’ll definitely be back!
Ordered a plain turkey sandwich and had to explain that to apparently the manager who took the order, I understand waiting a little bit because of the volume of people but completely getting my order wrong was not acceptable. I ended up walking by in and throwing the order away not wanting to go through that again.
