Food was good but they were out of Dr pepper, and tea, and lemonade, and ice. There was one person taking order & she was taking her sweet time. We stood there about 10 minutes before ordering. Food was out fairly quick & was pretty good.
Don’t waste your time coming here. It’s filthy and extremely slow. Also the ac doesn’t work.
As someone who works in and manages a restaurant, I normally have nothing negative to say about the service industry and fellow workers. But, I cant not say something about my experience at McAlisters in Georgetown Tx today. Dylan Murphy is not doing a good job at keeping up with this restaurant. Airconditioner has been broken for several months. It is terrible for the customers and the employees. It was amazing how good the food and service was despite the fact the dining area was so hot. Please fix the AC!
The food was really good as always! The waiter Staretta isn’t really friendly, when I arrived she was on the phone. The other young guy offered to fix my drink because she was in the phone for some time. No biggie, when she got done. She didn’t greet me or say can I help you she just stood there and finally said I’m over here. No greeting or anything just a “I’m over here”!
