Mcalister's needs to ensure their app is working properly. Bought a food item during a promotion and the app didn't record it in my rewards section.
unfortunately can never eat here again!
My half-and-half tea was still exceedingly sweet. The waitress did come by and make a correction to that. kudos.
The lady who worked tonight with black hair and glasses is extremely rude. No customer service skills at all. She needs to be retrained. Terrible. Never going back.
