The food was ok but I was charged a fee to place my order in the app even tho I was in the store tryna order. They told me I couldnt sub my bread even tho I could on the app? Like just put white bread on it and stop playing? The manager should've handled it better as I stood in line for nothing. To place the order myself

As someone with an abundance of food allergies (20+) it is hard to find places where I can eat safely. McAlister’s mobile ordering system makes it easy for me to make all of the modifications I need in a written format. The food is fresh and delicious - portions are reasonable - service is excellent and attentive. Special shout-out to Gabe who was running the front counter.
