Service is extremely slow at this location. I was only able to see two employees working at the time. Waited over 15 minutes for a couple of sandwiches. At this time there was only a total of about 15 people in the restaurant. Update Tried this location again on 7/12 and was told this time they were out of spuds at 1230 and that it would be over 30 minutes before any were ready. I will never visit this location again. Each time I go there is always an issue.

So if you try the Chicago French dip sub DO NOT do it. It’s not even close to a Chicago style sub and it taste like crap. The only thing that tastes remotely even good on it is sauce. Seriously this gives Chicago style subs a really really bad rep because this is nothing like what you would get in Chicago. Now granted, I know I’m not in Chicago but if you put a name of a City, I expect for it to be like what I would get in the city that has that name. Definitely will never get this from there again
Slow, inattentive, not very well ran as a restaurant in Odessa. Much better options closer by with more than half the wait time
