Stopped in on a Saturday and the place was absolutely dead. Went to use the restroom and the men's room faucet was not working. I very politely made a young lady at the front counter aware, and her only response was, "okay." I asked her if she could please let the manager know. Turns out she was very sweet to my wife, so maybe I just caught her off guard, or she was socially awkward. I am planning on contacting the department of health if the issue isn't resolved, because not having an operating hand wash sink in a restroom ... read more
A relaxing atmosphere with great food! We ate outside this time. Enjoying the shade and breeze. Inside is nice but today was just right for eating outside. We enjoy the options especially the half-half options. This is one of our favorites
Waited in line for 20 min to find out they were out of potatoes. So we went elsewhere
I decided to have lunch at McAlister's today and I'm sooo glad I did! I got the Choose 2, Club sandwich and Savannah chopped salad. Everything was fresh crisp and good and not overpriced. Since Im changing to eat healthier I will keep this restaurant in my weekly rotation. Only complaint I have is I ordered online to pickup at the window, I sat there for 10 mins and no one came, I had to walk in to grab my food, service could have been better but overall good
