I was scheduled to come to this place. It's in a hole in the wall and hard to find therefore it took me over ten minutes in the parking lot to find. The secretary took the matter of me on the phone as if it was not important to give me help finding it and other calls were more important than helping me get there. I was 5 minutes late and they turned me away when I was late because they couldn't properly help me on the phone.
