Fantastic customer service all around! The entire team Lisa, Kelina, Yvette, Klanyca, and Nicole worked diligently and quickly to help me pre-register my vehicle (in-transit from Germany). The smoothest transition I've experienced having PCS'd with the military several times. Thank you all and rock on!!
After I was told I needed my birth certificate for new driver license ID I said I would go home and get it. When I returned at 2:45 pm was turned away said they were not doing anymore for the rest of the day. Closing time shows 4:30pm. I work from 8am to 8pm out of town Monday thru Friday never will I use this tag office again!!! They should have said don’t bother going home and getting the documents today!!!
