I'm a little biased because I purchased my protection plan at a steep discount, but McAfee security is a top-notch value for the services it provides. The convenience of having so many facets of cybersecurity covered in a single subscription can't be overstated. McAfee's place as nearly synonymous with its product is well-earned.
They will do everything, and I mean everything, that you will open your wallet and buy a subscription. They don't have a free version(they have trial, which after that they will bomb your PC in order to buy a subscription), they will offer you "discounts" which will make the buying of subscription even more expensive, and they will alert you about malewares that aren't exist so you will give them money. I uninstalled the McAfee and moved to AVG
