We recently discovered this place. We've visited 5 times in this past month. Travis is an excellent server. All past visits have been a 5. Today, after a 10 minute wait, we were seated 30 minutes and no service. We walked out. We love the food but at premiums prices we expect good service. We'll try again but not on a Sunday.
Amazing staff and food....will definitely be back and recommend it to all my friends.
We had crawfish and snow crab at our visit. Everything was cooked so well and tasted great! This was our first time here, and we will definitely be coming back! Service was great!

I have never had a bad meal at McAdoos but I had one issue the other night. It was the first night of the Wednesday night 'Crawfish Boil' and the girls doing the seating said they didn't know anything about it but that a group of 60 people had come in and taken all the tables so there were none available. I decided to walk back to the patio and there were not 60 people back there and there were 2 unbused tables so we asked the waitress if we could have one of those tables and she said yes. Bingo! My Mother and I had a great 'Girls' lunch Thursday afternoon and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals! I had the Cookes Oysters on a half shell (awesome) and a cup of the Tomato Basil soup which was excellent! Mom had a fried seafood combination plate which was yummy! Growing up in New Braunfels, I have so many memories of the Post Office (now McAddo's) and the Winn's which was located across the street. It was Grandma's favorite place! The food and service here were absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend eating here! It is also a historical marker as well!!
The food was so good.. lived the atmosphere and service was excellent!
The wine glass was gritty. The food average Oysters Rockefeller were too salty seafood enchiladas were hard
