Bought TWO zero turn mowers since 2002 from them. Broke a belt and sent my wife for one. I called ahead to confirm that they had it in stock. 45 min drive, oh sorry guess we didn't. Bought it and other parts cheaper from a dealer that I bought NOTHING from. Called and was directed to Brian His comment was "I guess they like you better and gave you a discount." I highly recommend McAbee Equipment. I recently purchased a new Kubota tractor, implements and trailer.They were the nicest folks I have ever dealt with.Very personable and treated me like family.
Very rarely do I leave negative reviews as I'm generally easy to get along with and also understand what it's like to run a business. However, this kind of service really is a joke. Dropped off my chainsaw and was told it would take 2 weeks to repair. After 2 1/2 weeks I followed up and was told that "it was next in line". One week later, hearing nothing, I followed up again and was told I would receive a call that day. Nothing. Two days later I called again, excuses, an employee quit, they were busy. Unfortunately we do not manufacture the parts. The part is on back order we have followed up on it and done everything we can. Customer is not being exactly fair nor was he as nice as he lets you believe in his review. Unfortunate that I can’t correct backorder issues. And no the part is not available for next day shipping. Unfortunately mr B*** is not telling the entire truth. Did not purchase equipment from Mcabee tractor we tried to help him however his expectations are unreasonable and not physically attainable. Picked up his tractor on Wednesday 12/5 and he called our service department 5 times that afternoon wanting to know status updates and when it would be ready. He was aware that this issue was an insurance claim, parts would have to be ordered and would take several days best case. He came to the office on Friday 12/7 around 11 am ve... read more
Negative review. Service department said two or three weeks to repair on June 12th. They picked mower up on June 18th. It's now July 24th mower still not repaired. Asked for them to deliver it back said it will be a 84.88 charge. They didn't tell me this until they called and said they will be delivered next before 5. Asked to speak with owner he cussed at me and made me cry.

I am the owner, Brian Stanton, and I did NOT cuss her I anyway, albeit she called me several colorful names as she hung up on me. Again, not exactly telling the entire truth. Mower did NOT come from here and she has been thru several other local and non local dealers. Best of luck to her.
