Wish I could give a ZERO because that's the service they provide. We were assigned this company back in April to fix some things in the kitchen. I made a comment how when I called American Home Shield and told them about multiple issues with the kitchen that they could do it all on 1 service call. He wasn't pleased AT ALL about that, giving off a very rude vibe. The items in the kitchen needed to get replaced or repaired. Incomplete bad service, dishonest assessment, shill for home warranty company
On site service technician, Brian at MC2 Appliance Service, was prompt, polite, and thorough in his diagnosis and ultimately helped us with our claim with the insurance company to get a new wall-mounted microwave. Would definitely recommend and work with him again.
