Incomplete bad service, dishonest assessment, shill for home warranty company
On site service technician, Brian at MC2 Appliance Service, was prompt, polite, and thorough in his diagnosis and ultimately helped us with our claim with the insurance company to get a new wall-mounted microwave. Would definitely recommend and work with him again.
MC2 was assigned by our home warranty company to fix our appliance. The company came out a total of four times. Some of the issues were not resolved, and we were told by MC2 to ask our home warranty company to assign a different technician for future repairs... He clearly indicated that he didn't know how to fix my appliance by stating this. His report to my warranty company noted that no mechanical failures were identified, and no repairs are necessary, yet my appliance is still not fixed. The technician was also unfriendly... read more
