Similar experience to others. Said the refrigerator was too complex and told us the problem could be solved by just unplugging it for 48 hours. One week later we called back (bc obviously unplugging it didn’t work) and he never responded. Now it says the business is “closed”

Wish I could give a ZERO because that's the service they provide. We were assigned this company back in April to fix some things in the kitchen. I made a comment how when I called American Home Shield and told them about multiple issues with the kitchen that they could do it all on 1 service call. He wasn't pleased AT ALL about that, giving off a very rude vibe. The items in the kitchen needed to get replaced or repaired.
