The owner was very prompt in providing a quote to remove storm damage. They were delayed due to further storms but stayed in touch and arrived when they said they would. Expertly removed a tree in a tight spot, dropped another two segments of a birch right where I wanted, all at a reasonable price. Couldn't be more happy.
