In my time here, I can honestly say that we really take the time to listen to Driver feedback and have acted on that feedback in a big way with major strides in regards to our equipment and maintenance. MC Tank doesn't have that stuffy "corporate" feel, while maintaining its professionalism. This is a down to earth company that is very team oriented.
This is bad company to work for as both company and as an o/o, stay away from it ,there are plenty of tanker trucking companies that they treat driver with respect and pays good,this company doesn't pay anything good ,rude and micromanage dispatchers . They will lie about your pay to get you to work ,old and defective trucks break down all the time.
Very poor company to work for , they lie to you about dispatching, and work availability. Their equipment is old and breaks down alot . They make YOU pay for their safety training, ( 3 days ) . $ 1200.00 .
