McSweeny's is where your child will just be a number, the treatment will take twice as long as they claim and you can't even have a coffee in the waiting room. One of my biggest parenting regrets is choosing McSweeny's Orthodontics for my daughter's care.
UPDATE: one of my children just finished treatment at McSweeney Orthodontics. When I got the closeout letter I was a little melancholy. Dr. McSweeney and Sally have been so dedicated to the health and well being of my children. They've been incredibly generous with their time and services. Both of my children have been patients at McSweeney's Orthodontics. Our experience has been incredible. The entire staff is super accomodating, very friendly and understanding and thoughtful people. Dr. McSweeney has gone out of his way to make sure that my kids' teeth are absolutely perfect and even made himself available during an emergency when he was on vacation. As a healthcare professional for 15years I find this office to be extremely unprofessional not only in how they respond to negative reviews but also in how they handle patients. My children had appointments which unfortunately I had to reschedule last minute due to the norovirus and work related circumstance’s.I waited 4 months for this appt so I can assure you I would not cancel unless absolutely necessary. I can't say enough great things about Dr. McSweeney and his staff! My daughter did Invisalign and what a beautiful result! I rarely answer my phone so having the option to text was so convenient. We had an amazingexperience! The entire staff was so friendly and professional! I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants an amazing smile!
