John has lied to our family. We paid over $16k for a new roof that is leaking and has exposed nails. I have been asking John to honor his warranty for almost a year. At first he was slow to respond but ensured us that he would never cheat a customer and that he will make sure he repairs our new roof. He has now stopped responding and I am seeking legal counsel to file suit against his company. Stay away if you want an honest review.
I want to publicly thank Jacob Bowers and Steve Griffin for how knowledgeable and professional they have been in helping us with identifying and replacing our roof due to storm damage. Both of them are top notch and we highly recommend them and their firm to you!
