Worst services ever, I took lawnmower to repair after two months, I went to pick up and the told me the repair was $250, i have not hear from there to notify me what was wrong and ask me if I want to do all the repair, they came out with an attitude and very rude, very disrespectful, I do not recommend this please to nobody. ���
I've been going to this place for over 30 years. I've always been treated like crap. And have watched other customers in there be treated the same way while I was in there. The only reason I went there it was the only place to go at the time. Now there are other places to go that treats you well. Arrogant and rude. Will sell anything to make a sale even if wrong. Will never go back. Worst I have been treated in Jacksonville in 35 years. I found better service at cheaper prices elsewhere.
I went there to purchase a part. They always act smug towards customers as if they are not included on a secret. When I got my change back I noticed I was shorted $5. I mentioned that to the employee who opened the register and handed me a 5. No apologies. Just that smug look to see if I would notice. I buy my parts elsewhere.
This is an excuse for a repair shop they don't care about anyone but their own selves. They gave my fiance a quote and once we drive all the way to the repair shop they go back on their quote and swear that they have no clue who quoted you when there is only two men that answer phones. Extremely unsatisfying customer care and I recommend that no one ever step foot into this establishment. Pricks.
Your company don't even deserve to hav a star rating! You are a f****** nasty company and treat your customers like shit.. One of the worst places to do business.
