MC roofing replaced my roof on APRIL 2025. Work was completed and he was paid in full. I was told I would receive the windstorm certificate within 4 to 6 weeks. Well a year and 3 months later I STILL DON'T HAVE THE CERTIFICATE! I have conducted him MANY TIMES throughout all these months and ALL I GET ARE ESCUSES. Here we are in hurricane season and praying one doesn't come our way and damage my roof. It is VERY STRESSFUL having to deal with this. MC Roofing did our roof repair, it was completed, and he was paid. The only problem was receiving the windstorm certification. The work he did was done on October 2022; the contract says it would take 4-6 weeks to receive but did not receive it till 5 months later!! In between those 5 months it was a constant battle with excuse after excuse. This was very stressful having to deal with a situation like this. The worst business experience I have encountered. I should have done my research prior, lesson learned!
