Trying to reach Rick is like trying to reach the sky...impossible. We feed up with MC Real Estate, decided to sell our house (with another Real Estate Company). Suddenly, Rick re-appear on earth, called an claim he never received any phone call and he doesn't know what's going on... We told him we are letting our Realtor take charge, she will contact him. Rachel sharp is the worst property manager we have ever worked with. She referred us to contractors who was a no show and we lost thousand of dollars in the process. Her ability to find good tenant is non existent. She is just an insufferable human being that does not give a damn about your hard earned money. She has this always right attitude that is not tolerable esp. after being so incompetent. Stay away. Anyone else will be better!
