Terrible - I am extremely disappointed with this group at this time. We had used this group in the past and had been pleased with their services and it generally has taken a hour for the services. In May we requested a service call to have routine cleaning and servicing of our AC and furnace. I was called into work last minute and my college son was home and let the service man in.
